Singer, songwriter, and producer Jonathan McReynolds has been on a winning streak recently. He landed the #1 position for his single, “Grace” on the Billboard Gospel Airplay Chart, and took home three Stellar Awards, including Male Vocalist of the Year, during the 36th Stellar Gospel Music Awards telecast.
He released the news to his fans on social media. “Woke up to a #1 song! Thank you @eonenashville, @theeginamiller, @kyayavonne, @snoopyhanna 🐐 and all the programmers for doing your thing with “Grace” ‼️ 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I still need it BAD! God is so GOOD tho!”
Beginning September 30, McReynolds and Mali Music will take their GRAMMY-winning collaboration on the road, embarking on a multi-city tour simply titled Jonny x Mali. Tour stops include Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia PA, New York, New York, New Haven, CT, Washington DC, Chicago IL, House of Blues, and Los Angeles, CA.
“I told Mali at the recording, being a gospel artist is simply more fun for me when he’s around. We are the perfect odd couple of musical creativity. I love it. I draw the lines; he colors the picture. Magic and Bird love. A teacher and a poet. I think people will hear it and love it too,” McReynolds shared.
His EP People also has collaborations with Mali Music, The Walls Group, and Pastor Michael Todd. The EP is available everywhere music is streamed.
