- (Album) Old Church Basement by Elevation Worship & Maverick City Music feat. Dante Bowe
Photo courtesy of YouTube Music This album’s title track is definitely one that elicits the feeling of nostalgia. In an era of megachurches, and praise and worship being “performed” on large stages with professional lighting, this song takes you back to the times where many of us would worship in small, no-frill churches. The hook says it all, “It’s just an old hallelujah with a new melody.”

2. (EP) The Worship EP by Koryn Hawthorne
After dropping singles that were certified bangers, like “Won’t He Do It,” Koryn is back with an EP dedicated solely to worship. With songs like, “How Great,” “Graves into Gardens,” and “Know You,” this six-track EP is perfect for a morning or evening of worship.
3. (Single) Fair by Derek Minor

Derek Minor is back with another banger just in time to add to your summer cookout playlist. Expect his usual clever wordplay, catchy sing-song hook, and IG caption-worthy lyrics.
4. (Single) Caged Birds by Tobe Nwigwe feat. Lanell Grant
“We come from where most don’t break free.

We had to learn why caged birds sing. But we fly, even though they poison the sky. We don’t cry. We gon’ take our piece of the pie,” Tobe sings this powerful chorus on this track in between pauses in which he shares the story of his upbringing. Caged Birds is definitely a timely track for such a time as this.
5. (Single) Bless the Lord At All Times by Housefires

Here’s another great worship song by Housefires. Reminiscent of the title of the track, the lyrics weave a narrative of blessing the Lord at all times simply because of who He is – our friend and our Father. “My soul will sing of your love at all times.” If He does nothing else, we can still sing of us His love.
